Welcome to my webpage! I’m a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Alberta with a drive for practical design, hands-on fabrication, and solving complex physical problems. Whether I’m running fluid simulations or building physical prototypes, I enjoy bringing concepts from initial design to real-world execution.
My perspective on engineering is deeply connected to my journey as an athlete. In 2019, a major neck injury while springboard diving forced me to rethink my path in sports, ultimately leading me to pole vaulting. A discipline that cleanly bridges physics, mechanics, and athletic discipline. Rebuilding from that experience taught me how to approach complex challenges with patience and resilience. Today, I compete as a varsity pole vaulter for the Golden Bears while maintaining Academic All-Canadian honors and first class standing.
